Get your beef in a Budget and Space Friendly quantity! You will get 10 lbs per month for 10 months (2 pounds per week).
Payment will be set up as a recurring equal amount of $140 per month (You will receive a discount if picking up in person)
This bundle is equal to buying 1/4 beef.
A typical month box will include:
2 steaks, 4 ground beef, and a variety of 1 or more items to total your 10 lbs that month.
If you have a birthday month, anniversary, or family visiting and want to make sure certain items arrive in time, please let us know ahead. We will get your box special prepared for you.
You will need to fill out a questionnaire so we get those details in our order plan.

Cross bred Hog. They will be LEANER than a purebred, but still have the manglaitsa flavor.
You pay on the finish weight. $15/ lb I pay processor for standard processing.
Half pastured hog will supply about 60-75 (a few will be larger) total pounds with cuts that include approximately 6-8 lbs Ground pork, 8-12 lbs of 2-3 lb roasts, 7-8 lbs of smoked bacon, 11-14 lbs of Pork Chops, 13-16 lbs of smoked ham and ham hocks, 4 lbs of soup bones, 10 lbs of tallow, 1.5-3 lbs of ribs, optional and encouraged to use heart, liver, tongue, kidneys.
Our AGA Certified Ground Beef is processed into convenient 1 pound white butcher paper packages of high quality nutrition, loaded with Omega 3s and CLAs, and amazing flavor for YOU to experience. All the common cuts delivering uncommonly wonderful dining experiences. All our Beef is 100% Certified Grass-fed (a strict certification).
