Our jerky and sticks are not full of excess ingredients. We make them as simple as possible. No added nitrate, gluten, msg, or the like. Our meats are NOT Shelf Stable Tested. We recommend all Stix and Jerky be kept Refrigerated or Frozen until use (also, they thaw quickly).

Nitrate/ Nitrite-Free, as well as MSG-Free, and check label for Gluten-free or Dairy-free items. The Caramel color and maple syrup ARE gluten-free.

Sear on a low heat to seal in the moisture of the burgers that have not been pressed by the ‘hockey puck’ machine. Your magnificent burgers will ball up, and when done will shrink down in the center. Want them medium, no problem! Enjoy them!
