Sold by the package, weights of whole and 8 pc are based on a 4 pound bird. Parts are based on 1.8-2.2 pounds per package. All breasts are bone in, skin on.

When you select CSA CHICKEN you will be reserving 10 chickens. the $50 will take $5 per bird off your bill when you pick them up, this covers part of the processing fees to produce them. If you choose Large, Medium or Small birds from our supply, is your choice every time you pick up.
